National Intelligence

As defined by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI), intelligence is information gathered within or outside the U.S. that involves threats to our nation, its people, property, or interests; development, proliferation, or use of weapons of mass destruction; and any other matter bearing on the U.S. national or homeland security. Intelligence can provide insights not available elsewhere that warn of potential threats and opportunities, assess probable outcomes of proposed policy options, and inform official travelers of counterintelligence and security threats.

The primary objective of Global Xcellence intelligence services is to provide the Intelligence Community the support required to execute and advance mission objectives, plans, and activities to meet national security needs. Our intelligence professionals provide timely, actionable, and relevant intelligence services to shape operations, planning, decision-making, and support national and homeland security intelligence requirements. We conduct our services in accordance with Executive Order 12333, National Security policy, Intelligence Community Directives, and other applicable provisions of law.

All-Source Intelligence

Global Xcellence All-Source Intelligence professionals serve as experts in intelligence analysis and synchronization for the Intelligence Community. We assist our clients with managing information analysis from all sources and intelligence disciplines into finished analytical products in support of the mission. Our professionals further the understanding of threats through intelligence analysis by providing early warning and in-depth analysis of events and trends.

We also integrate the use of automation in support of intelligence operations and maintain intelligence databases to support intelligence processes. Our team also serves as advisers on intelligence planning considerations through analysis and tailored intelligence products.

Counterintelligence (CI)

Global Xcellence intelligence professionals that specialize in counterintelligence assist our clients with directing CI Operations and Investigations as the principal advisor to intelligence operations, training, policies, and procedures.

We employ internal and external capabilities and integrates analysis and automation in support of CI Operations. Our counterintelligence professionals operate within tactical and operational environments worldwide.

Signals Intelligence (SIGINT)

Signals intelligence is derived from signal intercepts comprising — however transmitted — either individually or in combination: all communications intelligence (COMINT), electronic intelligence (ELINT) and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence (FISINT). Global Xcellence Signals Intelligence professionals support our clients in the management of personnel and equipment to collect, process, exploit, locate, identify, analyze and report on SIGINT information to support tactical, operational, and strategic requirements across all domains.

Our personnel aid with establishing priorities and providing guidance and oversight for collection, exploitation, analysis and reporting missions. We also manage training on technical, operational, and tactical SIGINT skills required to perform the mission. Our SIGINT professionals act as advisors on tactical and technical SIGINT operations, activities, and personnel.

Human Intelligence (HUMINT)

Human intelligence is derived from human sources. Global Xcellence Human Intelligence professionals perform as principal advisors on HUMINT operations, training, policies, and procedures. Our personnel direct and conducts interrogations, screenings, and overt debriefings in support of our clients’ missions. We also employ external capabilities, and integrate automation in support of HUMINT operations.

Imagery Intelligence (IMINT)

Imagery Intelligence includes representations of objects reproduced electronically or by optical means on film, electronic display devices, or other media. Imagery can be derived from visual photography, radar sensors, and electro-optics. Global Xcellence intelligence professionals provide support to our clients in imagery intelligence operations and projects.

We coordinate imagery tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination, as well as, manage imagery architecture. Our team serves as principal advisors on imagery operations, training, policies, and procedures. We employ external capabilities and integrate automation in support of imagery operations

Collection Management

Collection Management acquires information about the adversary and other relevant aspects of the operational environment and provides that information to intelligence processing and exploitation elements.  Collection management, which occurs at all levels of intelligence, converts validated requests for information into collection requirements; establishes, tasks, or coordinates actions with appropriate collection sources or agencies; and monitors results and re-tasks as required.

Global Xcellence intelligence professionals receives, validates, and prioritizes collection requirements, and coordinates collection and production responsibility with appropriate agencies.  We assist clients with maintaining global visibility of operations and capabilities; ultimately, providing global situation awareness and assessing the effectiveness of intelligence operations. We also deconflict competing requirements for intelligence collection, process resources and forward recommendations to resolve conflicts. Collect information and intelligence pertinent to homeland security; Share information necessary for action; and Manage intelligence for the homeland security enterprise.

Counterterrorism (CT)

Terrorism is the unlawful use of violence or threat of violence, often motivated by religious, political, or other ideological beliefs, to instill fear and coerce governments or societies in pursuit of goals that are usually political. Counterterrorism is part of the broader construct of combating terrorism, which includes actions such as antiterrorism and counterterrorism, taken to fight terrorism throughout the entire threat spectrum. Counterterrorism activities and operations are taken to neutralize terrorists, their organizations, and networks in order to render them incapable of using violence to instill fear and coerce governments or societies to achieve their goals.

The United States government by itself cannot eliminate every terrorist or terrorist organization that threatens its safety, security, or interests. Global Xcellence counterterrorism professionals provide support with the development of regional strategies, and theater campaign plans that serve to promote US interests and protect US security interests in a common security framework. We assist clients with working through unified action to draw on commitments and resources to strengthen the activities of multilateral institutions at the international, regional, and sub-regional levels, countering violent extremists around the globe. Our professionals apply counterterrorism capabilities in planning, executing, and assessing counterterrorism operations.
